Car Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. Our client after signing the contract has the complete responsibility for the state of the car.
  2. Upon receiving the car, our agency will check the car. The car must be in the same condition when returned.
  3. Driver: Minimum age of 21 years for a car.
  4. Driver’s License: The driver is required to have and display a valid driver’s license issued at least two years ago. Non-EU citizens must also have an International Driver’s License.
  5. Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines and violations are borne by the renter.
  6. Means of Payment: The renter must present a valid credit or debit card. Rental is prepaid.
  7. Cancellation Policy:
    • More than 21 days before arrival: deposit is returned (transfer costs paid by client).
    • Less than 21 days: 50% of total rental is charged.
  8. Additional Driver: First driver is free, second driver €5/day. Hidden driver fine €100.
  9. Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level. Differences are charged. No refund for extra fuel.
  10. Accident: Must inform the company and police and submit report. Administrative fee €30 if renter is at fault.
  11. Insurance:
  • Covers third-party damages and injuries.
  • Does NOT cover driver-at-fault damages fully.
  • CDW applies: renter pays €500 + VAT, remaining cost covered.
  • Not covered: tires, rims, undercarriage, interior, boats/trailers, theft of personal belongings.
  1. Road Assistance: Free during working hours.
  2. Vehicle use prohibited without written authorization:
  • Outside Greece
  • On ferries
